The Freedman’s Bank of 1865 Funds

The Freedman's Bank of 1865 Real Estate Investments, LLC seeks to raise $57 Million for real estate investments through a series of syndicated and fund structured projects for “Affordable Housing” in Multifamily and Single-Family Home Community development. This offering has historical significance from the Freedman’s Bank of 1865 and plans to raise the $57 Million lost when that bank closed. Today’s estimated value of those lost funds is $115 Billion.

The rich history of The Freedman’s Bank was lost. Our goal is to teach this great success story and create a movement likened to the Civil Rights Movement, “The Economic Rights Movement”
